After an eight-year break, the ICC Champions Trophy returned — and we got to open it. We worked on the global broadcast intro, where I focused on motion design and compositing for the opening sequence and bumper.

The idea was to bridge legacy and energy — to take the tournament’s rich history and mix it with the bold, punchy aesthetic of the 2025 edition. We played with contrast: heavy typography and charged keywords layered against iconic past moments, pulling players into a vibrant graphical world. It all built toward the final image — the white jacket. A symbol of prestige, pride, and everything the Champions Trophy stands for.
